Group Travel Guidelines
Deposit:
A $100.00 per person deposit is due 2 weeks after confirmation of group in the form of an agency check.
Deposit will be deducted from the final payment less any applicable penalties.
If the group cancels up to 95 days prior to departure, the deposit is refundable less $200.00 service fee.
Names:
50% of names are due 75 days prior to departure.
All names are due 55 days prior to departure.
Name changes permitted up to time of ticketing.
Note: Name given must match the traveler's passport.
Final payment:
Final payment due 45 days prior to departure in the form of an agency check.
Deviations:
Deviations are permitted for a fee of $100.00 one way, typically on westbound.
Cancellations prior to departure:
A $250.00 penalty per canceling passenger will be charged after ticket has been issued.
Seating:
The group will be seated together within a group block. Any special seating requests must accompany the name roster 75 days prior to departure. Efforts to accommodate special requests will be made, but cannot be guaranteed.
